Our Team

Amanda Jacobs, our Asset Manager, the most senior member of our team and one of the company owners, joined Jacobs Property Management in 1995. She obtained her real estate license in 2004 and her Certified Property Manager designation in 2010. Her favorite food is steak, which is cooked medium rare! Amanda has two beautiful tabby cats named Moana and Lumière. Hmmm...Disney fan?? Her favorite Hobby is reading. She typically reads about 30 books a year, both fiction and Nonfiction. And she's a huge New Kids on the Block fan!

Caryn McClanahan, Senior Director of Operations, joined Jacobs Property Management in June of 2008 and earned her Accredited Residential Manager certification in 2011. Caryn's favorite food is super-flavorful ethnic foods are her favs – Indian, Thai, Mexican & on! She has one doggo adopted through Puppies For Parole – his name is Bossy, and he’s adorable and neurotic! Her favorite hobby is traveling because she LOVES new places and experiences! Some fun facts - nature amazes Caryn! It brings her joy and peace – she’ll cry at the sight of most wildlife and large bodies of water 😊 She’d give it all away for a modest home near water and mountains, with her own animal sanctuary – if only money grew on trees!

Ida Hatton, Senior Property Manager, joined Jacobs Property Management in December 2014. Here are some fun facts about Ida: Her favorite food is sweet or salty snacks and savory dinner entrees, so add the gravy! This is how she feels about pets—"In nineteen ninety never!!" Her favorite hobby is organizational decorating and she absolutely loves Wayfair!

Brittani Humble, Property Manager, joined Jacobs Property Management in 2021! Here are some fun facts about Brittani: Her favorite food is anything covered in queso! She's got two Black Labs, Bailey May and Kovu Lou. Brittani enjoys outside activities with the kids. Bring on the sunshine and water.
